Job Description:

We are looking for a Lab IT Administrator to support GxP-controlled lab IT systems, ensuring reliable operations, regulatory compliance, and end-user support in a pharmaceutical environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide end-user support and administration for lab equipment, servers, desktops, and software
  • Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, networks, and scientific instruments
  • Perform system monitoring, maintenance, backups, and user access management
  • Author and maintain CSV documentation (URS, FS/CS, IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and Data Integrity standards
  • Collaborate with CSV Lead, System Integrators, Site IT, and Operations
  • Act as SME for lab IT systems, supporting audits and inspections

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical discipline
  • Professional experience in IT / digital roles
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proven experience identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a GxP-regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience with Pharmaceutical QC Lab standalone COTS systems
  • End-to-end experience with CSV lifecycle documentation, including system use and administration procedures
  • Solid understanding of Data Integrity principles
  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections
