Exp:4+yrs. Support daily operations of a variety of HRMS (Human Resource Management) applications; Provide support and privileged access to application end users; Liaison with different teams both internally and externally to identify and resolve application issues; Participate in testing of system enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases. Assist with the evaluation and implementation of upgrades and new applications; Investigate and troubleshoot functional and technical issues; Participate in user acceptance testing activities; Utilize analytic skills to extrapolate data for management reporting and metrics using a variety of methods, automations and systems. Skills needed for the role: Proficient in verbal and written communications in English. Have good troubleshooting skills required for solving complex issues. Have experience using ITSM tools preferably Service Now with good understanding of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management. Proficient with creating and handling documentations (SOPs, KB articles etc.) - knowledge management capabilities. Having experience in Workday or similar HRMS will be preferred - payroll, compensation, leave/absence management etc. Experience in reporting and automation tools and proficient in MS Office products. Requirements:
5+ years work experience
Proficient in SQL, MySQL, Oracle
