Job Description:

The KYC Markets Analyst role supports anti-money laundering monitoring, governance, and regulatory reporting activities. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining KYC records, working with internal teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assessing risks.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with the preparation, development, due diligence, and approval of the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) record and supporting appendices
create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal and external sources
update system information from initiation to approval of KYC record and report workflow progress to supervisor
validate the information within KYC records and Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents to ensure completion and accuracy
ensure KYC records incorporate local regulatory requirements/Global Business Support Unit (BSU) Standards
maintain BSU tool
assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

Previous relevant experience preferred
bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience
skills such as Business Acumen, Credible Challenge, Laws and Regulations, Management Reporting, Policy and Procedure, Program Management, Referral and Escalation, Risk Controls and Monitors, Risk Identification and Assessment, Risk Remediation
