Job Description:

Intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi within the Citi Global Wealth division.

Job Responsibility:

Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards
Monitor and track KYC records
Assist with development and execution of action plan for expiring records
Validate client information including address, employment, PEP/SPF connectivity
Perform enhanced due diligence checks including negative news and social media checks
Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process
Maintain quality standards (90% and above) for KYC reviews
Submit records for Business Approval

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring and KYC processes
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards
Ability to perform client identification, verification and screening
Experience with enhanced due diligence checks including negative news and social media checks
Ability to partner with internal units for due diligence processes
Quality control experience with ability to maintain 90%+ quality standards
