Job Description:

Entry-level position responsible for participating in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective is to conduct a series of data analyses and data entries that contribute to Citi's KYC efforts.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to assist with preparation, development, due diligence and analysis of independent data sources to drive comprehensive KYC decisions
Collect, clean, and maintain data from internal systems and external sources to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, support data system updates, and report on data analysis progress and findings
Validate data completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure data adheres to established internal standards and data governance policies
Ensure data analysis and reporting incorporate relevant business requirements and contribute to compliance with organizational standards
Apply data-driven insights to assess and mitigate business risks

Requirements:

Previous relevant experience preferred
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Excel required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
