Job Description:

As a Kubernetes and DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and evolving a containerized infrastructure running on-premises. You'll support deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security hardening, ensuring robust operations across all layers of the stack. During the one-year HPE Graduate Program, you will gain experience in private cloud environments and hybrid working settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in a private cloud environment
  • Support the configuration of infrastructure components such as networking, load balancing, and observability
  • Help troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Kubernetes
  • Help automate system administration tasks on Ubuntu Linux servers using tools like Ansible
  • Support the implementation of Kubernetes security policies
  • Monitor for security threats and ensure compliance with best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree completed in the last/in this year (preferably in Engineering/Computer Science/IT)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovak and English
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Any Experience/basic knowledge of private cloud platforms such as Linux OS, VMware, KVM, Cloudstack, Ansible, Kubernetes
