A leading Global Software vendor is looking to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive to help strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to expanding market share, managing high-value enterprise relationships, and driving new customer acquisition across the Kingdom.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new opportunities and qualifying inbound leads
Develop long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and partners, ensuring solutions align with their business and technology priorities
Create and execute strategic account plans focused on new business development, customer retention, and revenue growth
Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions for complex requirements
Lead commercial discussions, including proposals, contract negotiations, and renewals
Monitor and report on sales performance, account status, and revenue forecasts
Support post-sales engagement to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction
Requirements:
5-8 years’ experience in enterprise software sales with a strong history of exceeding revenue targets
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Proven track record managing enterprise accounts in the KSA
Strong ability to build pipelines, generate new business, and manage complex sales cycles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging C-level stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise opportunities
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
