Job Description:

IKEA is seeking a passionate Kitchen Trainer Specialist to educate and enhance the competence of co-workers in Croydon, United Kingdom. Job Responsibility:

Ensure all competence development initiatives grow the business and support sustainable long-term profitability
Coach and mentor kitchen co-workers through the sales co-worker learning offer
Promote IKEA's social and environmental commitment and engage teammates in sustainability efforts
Align with UK&IE Training Calendar and maintain detailed training records
Support and develop cooperation with other functions
Ensure co-workers follow routine procedures to improve operations
Assist the kitchen shopkeeper in raising team competence

Requirements:

Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous
Passion for creating togetherness and coaching others
Motivation to drive business and ensure excellent guest experiences
Confidence to take personal initiatives
Openness to change
Proficiency in using computer software
