Job Description:

The Kitchen Steward will perform vital hotel cleaning functions, maintain quality standards, and uphold the Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards in luxury service. The role requires safe handling of equipment and collaborative teamwork to meet high hospitality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware
operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools
transporting dishware or linens across the hotel
ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards
listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns

Requirements:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
developing positive relationships with employees and departments
supporting team goals
reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects under 50 pounds
standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
performing additional reasonable duties requested by supervisors
