Kitchen Sales Specialist

• Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and advise on the best solutions for their home furnishings
• support maximising sales by ensuring the customer experiences a clean, well-presented shopping area
• kitchen planning and designing with accurate plans, worktop, and installation quotations
• support responding to customer emails and securing payments in store and remotely
• work to KPIs to provide service delivery agreements.

• Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous
• experience of working in a customer and commercial-oriented business, with an interest in people’s everyday life at home within their kitchen
• confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change
• ability to find solutions to complex problems and communicate them to the customer
• confident in using computer software.
