Job Description:

IKEA Lakeside are looking to welcome a Kitchen Sales Specialist to join our hardworking Sales team. Do you have a knack for making customers feel like they've just stepped into their dream home? If so, we want you on our team! As a Kitchen Sales Specialist, you'll be the hero our customers didn't know they needed, guiding them through the maze of kitchen wonders and helping them to plan and design their dream kitchen.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and designing kitchens for customers
Engaging with customers identifying their needs
Supporting maximising sales
Communicating with customers in a variety of ways

Requirements:

Experience working in a sales-oriented business
Skilled at forward planning
Ability to handle several tasks at once
Interest in people’s life at home
Confidence to take personal initiatives
Open to change
Ability to find solutions to complex problems
Confident in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools
