Job Description:

Kitchen Sales Specialist role at IKEA Exeter, guiding customers through kitchen planning and design, helping them create their dream kitchen while working with sales targets and customer conversion rates.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and designing kitchens for customers
Engaging with customers identifying their needs
Inspiring and advising customers on best solutions
Ensuring Kitchen Sales area is clean and fully stocked
Responding to customer emails
Securing payments both in store and remotely
Communicating with customers via email, text and calls

Requirements:

Experience working in a sales-oriented business
Working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates
Skilled at forward planning
Ability to handle several tasks at once
Interest in people's life at home
Ability to provide personalized solutions
Takes initiative and makes well-informed choices
Confidence to take personal initiatives
Open to change
Ability to find solutions to complex problems
Ability to communicate with customers
Confident in learning and working with computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools
