Job Description:

A position as a Kitchen Production Team Leader at IKEA Sukhumvit, ensuring quality, food safety, and operational efficiency, while coaching colleagues and engaging customers to provide the best experience.

Job Responsibility:

Actively contribute to create a 'safety first' culture including to ensure all quality and food safety related policies and work routines are complied and practiced at all times
Ensure operational efficiency and that routines and job requirements are known and practiced by your colleagues in all daily works
Being passionate about the IKEA food range and always act as a natural source of know-how about IKEA food range, product sheets, production planning and food preparation, to ensure highest standard of presentation to inspire our guests
Ensure our customer are always in focus and strive to make them smile
Meet and serve our customers showing empathy and care
Willing to listen and support them with an attitude based on the IKEA values
Always look at my store through the eyes of our customers and walk the store regularly
A daily dialogue with our customers to get continuous feedback about their experiences and to learn more about their needs and wants
Take action based on their input
Lead by example and support and coach my colleagues on the job they can meet the needs of our customers and grow professionally.

Requirements:

Having potential to become a Team Leader and curious about taking a next step within the IKEA Store
Confident in approaching and taking to people in friendly manner
Take personal initiative
Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and organize individual duties in order to make the most efficient use of time available.
