Kitchen Production Assistant

• Preparing and making meals using our ovens and kitchen equipment
• Following a cleaning schedule and making sure the cleanliness of the kitchen is to a high standard
• Preparing for the next day's trade, as well as managing waste and working in a sustainable and cost-conscious way

• Prior kitchen and catering experience is a plus, but not required if you are hands-on and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team
• Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy
