Join White Rabbit Projects as Kitchen Porter – Keep the Kitchen Moving at EVE, Kensington. At White Rabbit Projects, we know great hospitality starts behind the scenes. EVE, our restaurant in Kensington, is an unorthodox pizza joint from across the pond — serving NYC-style pizza pies alongside fantastic starters, sides, and desserts in a lively, fast-paced environment. We’re now looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team and help keep service running smoothly. If you’re energetic, dependable, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Washing and organising crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans efficiently
  • Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation and deliveries when required
  • Managing waste disposal, recycling, and cleaning tasks in line with food safety standards
  • Supporting stock storage and rotation
  • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is helpful but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Awareness of hygiene and kitchen safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and develop within hospitality
