Job Responsibility:

Planning & Designing kitchens for customers in initial and follow up appointments
Engage with customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on suitable solutions
Support sales by ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop
Support with responding to customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely
Communicate with customers via email, text and calls from pre appointment through planning and purchase
Support overall customer shopping experience in Kitchens Department

Requirements:

Interest in people's life at home and providing customers with personalised solutions
Experience working in a customer oriented business
Experience working with sales targets and customer conversion rates
Always looking for ways to improve customer experience and grow sales
Open to learning and working with computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools
