Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assist customers in the self-planning process or provide accurate designs and detailed layout solutions
Provide visitors with a positive shopping experience
Ensure merchandise is presented according to IKEA standards
Adhere to inventory control procedures
Train and coach apprentices on product features, services, customer selling skills and technical requirements
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA Culture is a strong and living reality
Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur

Requirements:

Amazing attention for details
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Top-notch customer service skills
Ability to assess customer needs quickly and sell solutions
Passion for IKEA products and design
6-month work experience in high-volume sales or customer service environment
Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs
