Job Description:

This is a customer-facing, sales-led role where you’ll combine creativity with commercial awareness, proactively chasing opportunities and helping customers bring their ideas to life while achieving showroom sales and margin targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer journey, from first enquiry through to final installation
  • Proactively generate new business, engaging with retail and trade customers and working closely with internal sales teams and BDMs
  • Actively follow up leads and chase opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
  • Manage and respond to all enquiries efficiently, within a 72-hour turnaround
  • Provide expert planning, product, and design advice, including site or home surveys where required
  • Produce accurate, inspiring designs using Winner (training provided if required)
  • Create clear, professional quotations using Easy quote
  • Manage site visits, appointments, and customer communications via the Easy quote diary system
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and placed in line with company procedures, using approved suppliers only
  • Oversee order progression and coordinate timely deliveries
  • Maintain a smart, welcoming, and professional showroom environment at all times

Requirements:

  • A strong sales mindset with a proven ability or hunger to generate new business and hit targets
  • A go-getter who will actively chase business, follow up leads, and maximise every opportunity
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a confident, professional approach
  • A natural flair for design and space planning
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects with strong organisation and attention to detail
  • IT-literate, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes

Nice to have:

Previous experience in kitchen or bathroom design is advantageous, but not essential

  • Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings on Wednesdays and sales training and coaching sessions, as needed
