• Preparing and assembling a high volume of fresh rolls, salads, sandwiches, and ready meals for nationwide distribution
• Ensuring all products are expertly packed, labelled, and ready for dispatch to our stores across Scotland
• Maintaining rigorous standards of consistency so that every Greens meal meets our high-quality benchmarks
• Managing large-scale ingredient rotation to guarantee freshness while minimising waste holding elite food safety standards within a high-output production environment

• A strong work ethic and the stamina to thrive in a high-volume production setting
• A positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy throughout the night

• Previous experience in a food production unit or high-volume catering environment is a bonus but not required
