Job Description:

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Kitchen Assistant and support the operation of the hotel kitchen and outlets by performing essential preparatory, cleaning, and organizational tasks. Your role is vital in ensuring the kitchen functions efficiently and complies with hygiene and safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

Assists in preparing the kitchen for operation
Washes and cleans the kitchen, kitchen equipment, and kitchenware
Maintains personal hygiene and cleanliness
Sorts and disposes of waste
Understands and applies sanitary and health regulations
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be an EU Citizen to apply
Great team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good communication skills (A good level of English or Croatian is needed for this role)
No formal qualifications required
