As a Key Holder, you will support the management team in creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects the brand’s image. You bring energy, style expertise, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction, whether assisting on the sales floor, helping in the fitting room, or completing transactions at the cash desk. Your reliability and attention to detail ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Process transactions efficiently and accurately
Use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales
Maintain merchandising and presentation standards
Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Uphold a customer-first approach by offering styling advice, answering questions, and contributing to an engaging and inclusive environment
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
Strong customer service skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends
Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexible availability
able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet)
High school diploma required
Nice to have:
