Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support KS3 students as they build their foundational knowledge and navigate the early years of secondary school.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting students across Year 7, 8, and 9 with their core subject understanding
  • Delivering small group interventions to help pupils improve their literacy and numeracy
  • Assisting the teacher in maintaining a focused and positive classroom environment
  • Acting as a mentor to students who need extra help settling into high school life
  • Providing 1-on-1 support for students with specific learning or emotional needs
  • Helping with the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays
  • Ensuring all students are engaged and participating during practical and theory lessons
