A leading UK IT distributor is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow and develop strategic partnerships within the IT reseller channel, while reactivating and expanding dormant accounts. This is a relationship-led but commercially focused role requiring strong forecasting discipline, CRM accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Grow and develop strategic reseller accounts
Identify new revenue streams and increase wallet share
Drive up-sell and switch-sell opportunities to improve margin
Deliver accurate weekly forecasting and pipeline reporting
Manage the full sales cycle from quote to delivery
Conduct regular client reviews (virtual and in-person)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding GP/revenue targets
Experience in IT distribution, hardware, or channel sales
Strong understanding of the UK reseller landscape
Confident managing forecasting and CRM systems
