Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and improve market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase product awareness and trial
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective in-store materials and sales support tools
Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Japanese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experience working with wholesalers and large distribution companies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of the Japanese retail market
