Job Description:

Your task will be to develop services supporting the CX department and the contact process. We are working on rebuilding the contact path in cooperation with other technical teams involved. Inetum Polska plays a key role in driving the digital transformation of businesses and public institutions and offers a wide range of IT services while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop services supporting the CX department and the contact process
  • collaborate on rebuilding the contact path with other technical teams
  • work and tasks related to the development of the contact form, support for CX processes, and the survey service.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in programming in Java or Kotlin
  • proficient in creating backend applications, managing databases, and implementing business logic
  • experience in creating frontend applications using React.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
  • occasional visits to the office in Poznań or Toruń
  • English language proficiency at B2+ level.
