Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Junior/Trainee Executive - Technical Support Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining Android POS devices and related systems, ensuring smooth operational performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and manage company POS/Android devices
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in POS devices
  • Perform component-level troubleshooting when required
  • Track device status (battery, signal strength, installed applications, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for device replacements and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports
  • Provide internal technical support when required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
  • Experience in repairing electronic devices (preferably POS or Android devices)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of Android systems and device management
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
