Job Description:

We’re looking for a Junior TechOps engineer to join our TechOps team at Pleo. In this role, you’ll focus on supporting end-users by resolving day-to-day issues, managing requests through a ticketing system, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. You’ll also help maintain and gradually improve our existing setups and automations, with guidance from the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Front-line support (1st/2nd line support)
  • Scaling identity (maintain Okta, assist with onboarding/offboarding, ensure user access and identity groups are up to date)
  • Device management/attestation (support device attestation and management, assist with app updates, carry out device management tasks)
  • Office networks/tech (assist with in-office technology like networks, meeting rooms and A/V tools, help with basic setup, configuration, and troubleshooting)
  • Asset classification and lifecycle (help support the tracking and management of physical and digital assets throughout their lifecycle)

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments, with support
