Requirements:

  • Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
  • Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
  • Passion for wine and the industry
  • Exceptional service skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Must have full Australian work rights
