About the role. You will: Coordinate a significant number of recruitment processes (maintain the database, schedule interviews, submit job offers, prepare and post job ads). Be the first point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Support other HR processes connected to the employee life cycle. Collaborate with IT and Business areas to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • First experience in the recruitment area in an administrative or coordinating role (not as a recruiter)
  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
