Prometeia, a leader in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Organization function within the Enterprise Risk Management Area. The role involves working in dynamic teams within a Group of over 1,200 professionals serving more than 500 clients in 20 countries worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and monitoring of software development and consulting projects for financial intermediaries
  • Participation in initiatives aimed at: defining and implementing organizational development
  • reviewing and formalizing policies, procedures, and processes
  • developing methodologies and measurement tools to assess the alignment of results with organizational and project objectives

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Management Engineering, or related fields
  • Previous experience in Project Management, even if short, will be considered a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
  • Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and engage in structured discussions
