Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join a respected consultancy delivering high-quality healthcare construction projects across Hertfordshire. Ideal for a motivated individual with 2+ years' experience looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordination and delivery of healthcare construction schemes from inception to completion
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and professional teams
  • Ensure project milestones, health and safety protocols, and contractual obligations are met
  • Maintain accurate project records using digital management platforms
  • Support application of internal quality procedures
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project coordination or similar
  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
  • Experience in healthcare construction is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general IT systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
