Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in one of our Paiania offices. As a Junior Project Manager you will play a key role in construction project management while working closely with senior leadership, site teams, and external stakeholders, to ensure on schedule completion and compliance with the company’s high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget delivery
Conduct site surveys, gather cost data, and assist in project design and budgeting
Collaborate with the Project Director to develop and track project budgets, schedules, and the Programme of Works (PoW)
Support the preparation and management of supplier and subcontractor contracts
Coordinate with Site Managers and teams to ensure project objectives are met and resources are available
Assist in negotiations, change management, and compliance with permitting and interconnection requirements
Monitor QHSE standards on-site and escalate issues when necessary
Prepare and maintain regular progress reports for stakeholders and identify project risks
Maintain accurate project documentation and foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in Renewable Energy projects or project support roles
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
Basic knowledge of construction methods, health & safety standards, and budgeting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project or similar)
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
