Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Programmatic (Retail Media), who is 100% enthusiastic about the topic of Amazon and other retail media platforms that will also bring our game to the next level and help our client but also the team to grow. The Programmatic team is part of DEPT® 's EMEA team, with team members located across Europe, including Germany. Within our paid media teams, our certified programmatic advertising specialists help our clients to effectively purchase digital media which contribute to the clients goals. Whether through real-time bidding or direct deals with publishers, we make sure to drive the best results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Constantly look for the latest developments and opportunities that add value for the customer
  • Be interested in Amazon and new technologies
  • Support devising strategies and turn them into best in class tactics
  • Support developing a plan that advises the most suitable creatives and how to effectively reach the target group
  • Translate results into insights, advice and new plans and present them clearly
  • Manage programmatic campaigns on the Amazon DSP, alongside other DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges if necessary
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to Senior team members and clients
  • Deliver and present work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • At least +1 years experience in programmatic advertising
  • Great knowledge of Amazon advertising and Amazon Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
  • Good analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, including experience presenting plans to senior clients and internal teams
  • Experience in managing programmatic campaigns in video, display, and CTV channels
