In this role, you will join the P&C team to process payroll and People & Culture matters for IKEA store Co-workers while being supported by leaders and mentors. We'll value your linguistic and HR administration background, as well as your alignment with IKEA values.
Job Responsibility:
processing of ongoing orders
handling requests for changes to Co-workers' employment terms
contacting the national People & Culture unit
working in systems
conducting self-study
providing support through helplines (email, phone, chat)
Requirements:
proficiency in English or/and French
background in People & Culture (P&C) or payroll
skills in MS Office
openness to learning new things
ability to establish and maintain relationships with people
