Job Description:

In the P&C UK/IE team, together with other Junior Specialists, Specialists and Senior Specialists, you will process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA Co-workers of stores in the UK and Ireland. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll or handling their personal data. You will be supported by Team Leaders and a Buddy during onboarding and daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

processing of ongoing orders from the country
contact with the national P&C unit
further processing in the system
answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll
handling personal data
working in Excel
reviewing company news
helping co-workers via support line

Requirements:

proficiency in English
background in P&C, payroll or English philology
skills in MS Office
open to other people
