Job Description:

Join Ingka Business Service Center, part of IKEA, where you'll handle tasks in the P&C and payroll area for coworkers in IKEA stores and units. Duties include processing orders, resolving queries, managing personal data, and collaborating with HR teams—all in a dynamic, supportive environment that values authenticity, self-expression, and personal development.

Job Responsibility:

Processing of ongoing orders from the country
contact with the national P&C unit
further processing in the system
working in Excel
self-study
work at a helpline
reviewing company news
answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll
handling colleagues' personal data

Requirements:

Proficiency in English
one of Romance languages will be an asset
background in P&C, payroll
skills in MS Office
ability to establish relationships with people
authenticity and nurturing a relaxed atmosphere between colleagues
caring for the planet
openness to new learning
taking initiative
not shying away from challenges
interest in self-development

Nice to have:

Ability to speak one of Romance languages
experience in human resources management
