Job Description:

In the P&C Team, you will process payroll matters for IKEA Co-workers in Sweden, answer HR-related inquiries, handle personal data, and collaborate with colleagues to support IKEA's values and operations. You'll enjoy flexible hours, stable employment, and various benefits while being part of a supportive and relaxed working environment.

Job Responsibility:

processing ongoing orders related to employment terms
contact with national P&C unit for error clarification
working in Excel and extracting reports
self-study through e-learning
supporting Co-workers via helpline (email/phone/chat)

Requirements:

proficiency in English and Swedish
background in P&C or payroll
skills in MS Office
ability to establish relationships and maintain a relaxed atmosphere
attentiveness to detail and meeting deadlines
ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
interest in learning new things, taking initiative, and self-development
