The key objective of this position is to ensure effective cooperation with key national and international retail partners to achieve sales targets, expand distribution, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase the company’s market share.
Job Responsibility:
Establish strong business relationships with customers
Develop, coordinate and implement basic trading, trade marketing and marketing working conditions together with the client
Develop, coordinate and implement programs for the development of the company's business and product categories at each of its key clients
Achieve the client's availability of the maximum range of products with the required level of inventory
Conduct local and national activities aimed at increasing the volume of sales of the company's products, developing the company's image at clients
Monitor the work of partners (distributors) on quality service of the client's retail outlets
Ensure that the company's pricing policy is implemented by customers
Present new products, plan and organize promotions for the promotion of new products from the client
Search for new ways to increase sales, share of products on the shelf
Carry out the necessary communication with clients and partners (distributors) and company departments to organize effective work with the client
To carry out continuous monitoring of the situation at the outlets
Make proposals to improve the working methods of the commerce department, new initiatives related to improving the quality of work with clients, increasing sales
Ensure the achievement of customer sales plans
Control mutual settlements, document flow, timeliness of receipt of payments from clients
Requirements:
Higher education
Experience of successful work with national and international retail chains in a similar position in an international or large national company
Fluent Ukrainian
English at a level not lower than average
Good knowledge of Windows & MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Good analytical skills
B category driver's license and sufficient driving experience (2+ years)
High communication skills
Results-oriented, polite, persistent and classy in negotiating
Nice to have:
Knowledge and practice of working with e-commerce would be an advantage
