Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our team and support delivery of web and mobile projects in an outsourcing environment. This role is ideal for someone who already has initial PM/coordination experience and wants to grow into a Project Manager role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and blockers in Jira
  • Participate in client and team calls, prepare meeting notes and status updates
  • Help maintain project documentation and requirements
  • Support sprint planning, demos, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Up to 1 year of commercial experience in IT project coordination or project management (web or mobile projects)
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both spoken and written
  • Initial experience in communication with international clients (Europe and/or the US), either directly or together with a Senior PM
  • Basic understanding of engagement models (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Support)
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and the project delivery lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail, good time-management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Responsible and proactive mindset with strong communication skills
  • Confidence in working with task trackers (Jira or similar) and basic reporting tools (Excel / Google Sheets)
