Job Description:

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will work within the treasury team, assisting in setting forecasts and budgets, supporting financial and management expansion at a global level, managing treasury tasks, and working with multidisciplinary teams to implement market expansion flows. You'll also ensure compliance with regulatory and financial requirements in new markets while collaborating with legal and operations teams.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in setting up forecasts and budgets according to short/mid/long term business plans
support in the financial and management expansion of the Group at a global level
support in treasury management and finance tasks
coordination and management of administrative and organizational tasks of the group at a global level
cash analysis and control, review of fees and monitoring of banking activity
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement expansion flows
work within strict deadlines to ensure timely execution of market expansion plans
collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure all regulatory and financial requirements are met in new markets

Requirements:

Experience 2-4 years at least
excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish
university degree, Master degree, finance background
tech skills: advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice to have:

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and database management
strong organization and time management skills
knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, databases, or data mining
ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements
