Job Description:

Junior Finance Specialist role at Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves supporting finance and accounting processes, liaising with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.

Job Responsibility:

Liaising within headquarters as well as internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of our development payments
Manage and control all invoices for purchase and invoicing with electronic invoicing system
Assist the accounting and tax process to prepare monthly reporting and review of the accounts
Support administrative stuff locally
Performing all onboarding and compliance activities
Assist with the month end financial reporting process and bank statement reconciliation
Work with our internal key players (Business, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Sales team) to effectively ensure and execute development finance processes and troubleshoot issues
Coordination and reporting of KPIs for the country
Leverage processes to identify areas of improvement, including performances and technology-based changes

Requirements:

Accounting, finance, or related degree
0-3 years of experience in finance/accounting in a similar role
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
English skills is a plus
Experience in finance or accounting systems, ERP is a plus

Nice to have:

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and database management
Strong organization and time management skills
Knowledge of databases, or data mining is desirable
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements
