Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated professional to manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune in hybrid environments integrated with Azure AD. This role involves patch management, reporting, automation of desktop deployment processes, and standard workstation maintenance.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and manage MECM/SCCM and Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments
Oversee update distribution and patch management processes
Create and manage reports in SCCM and Intune
Implement desktop solutions and unattended installation/configuration processes (SCCM/MDT/Task Sequence, Bitlocker, MBAM)
Manage and update the client’s standard workstation
Create and configure SCCM/MECM reports
Package and update software for deployment
Monitor and manage update RINGs
Document and update intervention tickets

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Hardware understanding
Basic knowledge of computer networks
Fluent in English
Valid driver’s license in Portugal
Availability to travel
Preferably ITIL knowledge or certification

Nice to have:

ITIL knowledge or certification
