We are looking for a Junior Data Entry Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to help us maintain and enrich our extensive, searchable database of AI solutions. This is a full-time on-site role based in our modern offices on Calea Victoriei. The position is ideal for someone early in their career, who is excited to grow within a tech-driven environment and contribute meaningfully to a project that supports global AI discovery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately enter, update, and validate data related to AI tools across various categories
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data entries in our internal systems
  • Perform regular audits and data clean-ups to maintain database quality and integrity
  • Support general administrative tasks and documentation efforts as needed
  • Follow data privacy and security protocols in handling sensitive or proprietary information

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong typing skills
  • Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic database software
  • Strong sense of organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Reliable, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive data with professionalism
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus, but not required

  • Arrange logistics for group sessions and training sessions
  • Data entry for work accidents onto the Risesmart France business tool (Dat’line Portal)
  • Entry of Administration decisions on the professional nature of work accidents
  • Update Administration decisions in our Dat’line Portal with the entry of an Administration document (Employer Account)
  • Create training sessions in Salesforce, register the client's trainees, generate registration forms, invitations, training conventions, etc.
  • Update the schedule of webinar workshops for candidates supported in outplacement, identify the themes and consultants to be assigned, plan actions in the calendars and under Torch
  • Process candidates' difficulties connecting to the Torch platform: consult the data in Salesforce MyPilot or in Torch in order to readjust the end date of eligibility to once again allow access to the candidate concerned
