Job Responsibility:
Champion "Best in class" product information by supporting category colleagues and collaborating with digital teams
Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and Google Apps Script to improve internal efficiency
Manage reporting workflows through the expert application of BigQuery, SQL, and complex data modelling
Provide administrative support for data management requests and assist the Data Quality & Insights Manager with departmental tasks
Enhance product data accuracy through continuous data manipulation and category insight analysis
Requirements:
Educated to A-Level or NVQ L4 standard (or equivalent)
Strong foundation in SQL and intermediate data cleaning techniques
Experience with SQL fundamentals, BigQuery, and Google Analytics is essential
Highly competent in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to perform autonomous data analysis with a keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio to transform complex data sets into easy-to-understand visual insights
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A pragmatic and delivery-focused approach to identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements
A Full UK driving licence is essential
