Job Description:

This role is a fantastic opportunity to shape Fever’s global creators network and scale standout content across markets. You’ll be at the heart of our creative production process and the go-to person for managing relationships with creators around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, negotiate, hire and manage relationships with Content Creators globally
  • Create and update a database, to feed and increase our global Content Creators network - and track all relevant information
  • Participate in creative briefs and assign Content Creators matching project characteristics
  • Coordinate execution of creative assets ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and Content Creators to assure the alignment
  • Manage production tasks: contracts, production-related documents, licensing, billing process, etc
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement - and report on results of campaigns
  • Become a go-to expert on the global Content Creator ecosystem, building long-term relationships and cultural know-how

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience of managing projects in a creative or digital marketing agency
  • Knowledge of social media landscape and digital environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • Fluent proficiency in oral and written English
  • additional proficiency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus
  • Proven record of successful coordination of projects/campaigns from brief to delivery
  • Understanding of managing relationships with influencers and creative profiles
  • Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain
