For our Client, we are seeking a people-oriented Candidate Lifecycle Experience Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your HR career by managing recruitment operations and ensuring a seamless candidate journey within a professional, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the candidates’ journey before joining the organization in close cooperation with market Talent Acquisition Teams – scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, assisting candidates with required information, handling candidate expenses
  • Provide assistance to candidates and hiring managers regarding recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Maintain systems and tools for application tracking and help improve technology solutions for better user experience
  • Prepare employment contracts and coordinate hiring activities, ensuring document completeness and timely delivery
  • Support HR stakeholders in the markets by creating reports and preparing analysis to enable informed decision‑making

Requirements:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Excellent command of Polish and strong proficiency in English (min. C1)
  • A people‑oriented professional with interest in developing in HR, particularly in recruitment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people across cultures and seniority levels
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities, good planning and task‑prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or any Applicant Tracking System is a strong advantage
