We’re hiring a Junior Accountant to support our growing Finance team and help maintain a clean, accurate, and scalable financial foundation. You’ll work closely with our Finance Director and Controller to ensure timely month-end closes, reliable reporting, accurate bookkeeping, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and central to how we run and scale our financial systems as we grow globally. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to work inside a high-growth SaaS environment, learn revenue operations, and grow into deeper responsibilities over time.
Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and assist with reconciliations
Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, Stripe, payroll, and other systems
Support the month-end close by preparing journal entries, schedules, and documentation
Help maintain clean financial records aligned with accounting standards
Support subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes
Reconcile recurring revenue from platforms like Stripe and monitor payment discrepancies
Assist with deferred revenue tracking and ARR/MRR reporting
Help ensure accuracy of customer billing records, contracts, and usage data
Maintain expense categorizations and assist with expense audits
Support vendor onboarding, contract organization, and payment processing
Assist with payroll data validation and benefits-related adjustments
Contribute to system improvements and workflow automation using modern tools
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to gather data for reporting
Help improve internal processes to support scale and compliance
Work with teams to answer finance-related questions and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard for accuracy
Comfortable working in accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and basic formulas
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn SaaS-specific financial concepts
Organized and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Nice to have:
Experience with SaaS billing (Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, etc.)
Working toward CPA designation or equivalent
