Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and coordinate with the accounts/production team
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials in the warehouse
  • Use MS Excel/ERP or other software to track stock and generate reports
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities for management
  • Implement and follow safety and compliance guidelines in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely material availability
  • Lead and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Management, or related field (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with inventory/ERP software is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to supervise a team and maintain discipline in operations
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility
