Job Description:

As a Java Technical Lead, you will drive impactful change and deliver measurable results. Your role involves not only implementing strategic initiatives but also identifying and nurturing new talent, expanding project scopes, and applying innovative solutions to ambitious projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Java applications, optimizing performance, and mentoring team members while driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
