Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributes to development, and drives technology implementation. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining applications; troubleshooting code; influencing decisions through expertise; and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Accountable for executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts to completion
Serve as a development lead on medium-scale projects
Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance, and design challenges
Research root causes of development and performance concerns
Resolve defects
Understand technical requirements for solutions being built
Understand maintenance characteristics and runtime dependencies
Participate in design discussions and act as a key decision-maker
Collaborate with vendors and external partners
Communicate progress and identify/resolve issues
Continuously assess and improve development processes and operations
Share knowledge through forums and certifications
Assess risk and maintain compliance with company policies

Requirements:

Hands on experience in Java, Spring boot, Spring integration, Rest, API Specifications
5-8 years in a product development/product management environment
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience delivering with an agile methodology
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience with coding, application performance analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with software lifecycle maintenance, runtime dependencies, and performance optimization
Knowledge of information modeling, data structures and algorithms
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery types
